Product Introduction

Wire wound filter elements are deep-bed filters designed for filtering high-viscosity, low-impregnation materials. They are made from textile fiber yarn (polypropylene, absorbent cotton, etc.) precisely wound around a porous framework (polypropylene or stainless steel) using a specific process. They feature a honeycomb structure with a dense, open exterior and a dense interior. They effectively remove suspended matter, particulates, rust, and other impurities from fluids, demonstrating excellent filtration properties.
