PP series meltblown filter elements

The PP series meltblown filter elements are made of pure polypropylene microfibers entangled by hot-melt entanglement without the use of any chemical adhesives. The fibers are randomly bonded together to form a three-dimensional microporous structure. This structure combines surface, depth, and precision filtration. Its deep filtration structure features a sparse exterior and dense interior with a gradually changing pore size, offering strong dirt-holding capacity. Depending on the manufacturing process, the elements are available in five finishes: smooth, fleece, orange peel, fine grain, and grooved. The finish can be selected based on actual use. They are primarily used for particle interception, clarifying filtration, and security filtration. They offer excellent permeability and are relatively economical pre-filter elements.

Orange peel (H): Fine and compact, high mechanical strength, high pressure resistance, no shedding

Fleece (P): Surface entangled filament polypropylene fibers, no shedding, ultra-high dirt holding capacity
