Structural Features of the curved screen:
The curved screen utilizes a pressure jet feeding design. Liquid material is sprayed tangentially onto the curved plates through a feed box with an adjustable lip opening. The jet force propels the material across the surface of the curved plates. The jet force and weight of the material push the liquid and fine particles through the slits in the sieve plates and collect them at the filtrate outlet. Solids that cannot pass through the sieve slits are trapped by the sieve plates and flow along the material flow to the outlet, achieving solid-liquid separation.
