Sintered Candle Filter

Also known as sintered metal candle filter or metal candle filter element, this filter is made from high-quality sintered metal mesh. The sintered metal mesh consists of five layers: a protective layer, a precision control layer, a diffusion layer, and two reinforcement layers. Compared to porous candle filters, sintered candle filters offer a larger filtration area and higher filtration precision.

The sintered metal mesh is an ideal filtration material, characterized by high mechanical strength and excellent rigidity. The sintered candle filter inherits these qualities and offers outstanding performance, including strong corrosion resistance, high structural strength, excellent permeability, and high filtration precision. This metal material can also be fabricated into pleated candle filters, with custom designs available.
