The Johnson Screen, also known as a filter pipe, was first introduced by the American company Johnson and hence named after it. This screen is made by pre-rolling stainless steel or high-manganese steel into V-shaped wires (screen wires or bars), which are then wrapped around support rods and welded together. Each intersection is fused, resulting in a robust structure with excellent mechanical properties. The V-shaped profile prevents clogging while ensuring smooth water flow. It can be used alongside deep well pumps and submersible pumps, as well as in water treatment equipment and environmental protection applications.
