The primary efficiency plate-type high-temperature resistant metal filter is an air filtration device specifically designed for high-temperature environments. It mainly intercepts large-particle impurities and provides primary protection for subsequent filtration equipment. The detailed product description is as follows:

1.Structure and Materials

Outer Frame: Mostly made of stainless steel plates (such as 304 stainless steel), galvanized steel plates and other materials. It has excellent high-temperature resistance, avoiding deformation and rust in high-temperature environments.

Filter Media: Common materials include stainless steel mesh (304/316L), galvanized iron wire mesh, etc. Among them, 304 stainless steel mesh can withstand temperatures up to 200-250℃, 316L material can resist about 300℃, and both have acid and alkali corrosion resistance. Some special models adopt ceramic fiber mesh, which can withstand temperatures up to 600-1200℃, suitable for ultra-high temperature scenarios.

Support Frame: The internal support frame is made of stainless steel wire or carbon steel wire (with high-temperature spraying on the surface), ensuring the filter media does not collapse under high-temperature air flow.

Structural Design: Usually, multiple layers of expanded aluminum mesh or stainless steel mesh are rolled into a wave shape, stacked and arranged crosswise at the correct angle to form a multi-layer structure. This makes the air change direction multiple times when passing through the filter, increasing dust collection capacity and efficiency.

2.Performance Characteristics

High-Temperature Resistance: Can be used continuously in relatively high-temperature environments. Generally, it can withstand 300℃ high temperature, and some products can withstand instantaneous temperatures up to 350℃.

Low Airflow Resistance: The filter media is mostly mesh structure with high porosity, resulting in low air circulation resistance. The initial resistance is usually <50Pa, and the resistance change range is small even in high-temperature air flow.

Filtration Efficiency: Complies with EN779 standard G1-G2 class, and some metal mesh filter media can reach G3 class. It mainly filters particles with particle size ≥5μm, with a weight efficiency of 35%-80%.

Reusable and Washable: The metal mesh filter media is washable. It can be rinsed with high-pressure water gun, compressed air or neutral cleaning agent. After cleaning, the filtration efficiency remains basically unchanged, reducing operating costs.

Durable and Sturdy: The metal outer frame and filter media have high mechanical strength, which can withstand the impact of particles in high-temperature air flow, not easy to damage, and have stronger stability under harsh working conditions.

3.Specifications and Sizes

Common specifications include 595mm×595mm×21mm, 595mm×595mm×46mm, 595mm×495mm×46mm, etc. Customization is also available according to actual needs.

4.Application Fields

Industrial Production: Ventilation systems such as drying ovens in the coating industry, blast furnace hot blast stoves in the metallurgical industry, and high-temperature reactors in the chemical industry. Used for filtering dust and impurities in high-temperature air.

Waste Gas Treatment: High-temperature flue gas filtration in waste incineration plants, biomass power generation and other places. Intercepts large particles such as slag and fly ash to protect subsequent precision processing equipment.

Special Environment Ventilation: Oven ventilation in the food processing industry, air intake filtration of high-temperature aging test chambers in laboratories, ventilation systems of cathode material sintering furnaces in the new energy industry, etc. Ensures the air entering the equipment is free of impurities.
