Product Overview

This high-performance stainless steel pleated filter cartridge, also named melt filter cartridge, is a professional filtration component designed for industrial precision filtration. Adopting two premium stainless steel filter media—stainless steel woven wire mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt—it features excellent chemical and physical stability, and is widely applicable to filtration of polymers, oil-water mixtures, high-temperature gas, pharmaceuticals and other media, meeting the filtration requirements of various harsh working conditions.

Core Filter Media & Performance Characteristics

1. Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Media

Woven from high-quality stainless steel wire, the cartridge has smooth pore channels, easy cleaning, high temperature/corrosion resistance, non-shedding mesh structure and long filtration cycle, suitable for scenarios requiring repeated use and easy maintenance.

2. Stainless Steel Fiber Sintered Felt Media

Made of stainless steel fiber through high-temperature sintering, it is a porous deep filtration material with high porosity, good air permeability, strong dirt-holding capacity and excellent regenerability, effectively improving filtration efficiency and reducing replacement frequency.
