I.Structural Features
Non-partition Design: Adopts a non-partition structure, using thermoplastic spacer glue to ensure uniform pleat spacing. It fully utilizes the filter media depth and increases dust-holding capacity.
W-type Structure: The filter media is folded into a "W" shape, providing a large effective filtering area. It requires fewer filters under the same air volume, saving installation space and time.
	
II.Material & Performance
Filter Media: Usually made of ultra-fine polypropylene filter paper or glass fiber filter paper. It has high-efficiency filtration performance, capable of capturing 0.3μm dust particles with a filtration efficiency of H13-H14.
Frame Material: Common frame materials include galvanized steel sheet, ABS engineering plastic or aluminum alloy. They are lightweight with low initial resistance. Among them, ABS plastic frames can be incinerated after disposal, which is environmentally friendly and saves garbage disposal costs.
Sealing: Generally uses polyurethane sealing to ensure the airtightness of the filter and prevent unfiltered air leakage.
