Standard six-layer sintered wire mesh
Product Description:
Six-layer sintered metal mesh is a new type of filter material with high strength and overall rigidity, made from six layers of stainless steel wire mesh through a special lamination process and vacuum sintering. The mesh holes between the layers are interlaced, forming a uniform and ideal filtration structure. It features high filtration accuracy, low filtration impedance, excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and excellent workability. It is ideal for filtration applications requiring high compressive strength and uniform filtration accuracy, and is widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, particularly in two-in-one and three-in-one pharmaceutical equipment.
Product Features:
1. A layer of 8-mesh or 12-mesh square mesh is added to the standard five-layer sintered mesh, creating a six-layer sintered mesh. This provides superior strength and flow diversion performance compared to the standard five-layer mesh.
2. High Strength: Exceptionally high mechanical and compressive strength.
3. High Precision: Uniform surface filtration performance for filtration precis from 1 to 300 μm.
4. Heat Resistance: Suitable for continuous filtration from -200°C to 650°C.
5. Cleanability: Easily cleaned thanks to the surface filtration structure, which provides excellent countercurrent cleaning.
