Working Principle

The main function of the fuel filter is to remove solid particles and water from the fuel to prevent contamination of the injectors, fuel pumps and other components. The filtering process is as follows:

The fuel enters the filter, and larger impurity particles are intercepted first.

The filter medium further filters to remove tiny particles and pollutants.

Separate water (some models have water separation function) to avoid corrosion and blockage of the fuel system.

Clean fuel flows out and enters the engine for combustion.
