Material description

Filter material: high-performance glass fiber or composite filter paper, with good filtration efficiency and dirt holding capacity.

End cover/frame: generally made of anti-corrosion galvanized steel plate or aluminum alloy, with a strong and pressure-resistant structure.

Sealing ring: Made of oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant rubber (NBR/Viton) to ensure that the seal does not leak.

Maintenance and replacement recommendations

Replacement cycle: It is recommended to replace it every 500-1000 hours of operation (or according to the equipment manual).

Replacement time: When the hydraulic system has abnormal temperature rise, unstable pressure, slow movement, etc., the filter element should be checked and replaced in time.

Usage precautions:

Make sure the new filter element is not damaged before use;

Pay attention to the alignment of the sealing ring during installation to prevent oil leakage;

After replacement, remove the air in the system to avoid air blockage.
