1. Core Structure
Filtration Core Layer: The core filter material is a membrane made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), available in hydrophobic and hydrophilic types to meet different filtration needs for gases and liquids. Some high-end models undergo plasma modification or other treatments to reduce the precipitation of initial pollutants.
Auxiliary Supporting Structure: Most are equipped with polypropylene non-woven materials as the supporting layer, combined with polypropylene inner and outer cages to form the overall framework, manufactured by hot-melt welding technology without residual adhesives or surfactants. The filter membrane is often designed with a pleated structure to expand the filtration area in a limited space and improve filtration efficiency.
Interfaces and Seals: Interfaces include various specifications such as Code3, Code7, and Code8, compatible with different filling and filtration equipment. It has excellent chemical compatibility, resistant to strong acids and alkalis with pH 0-14, and long-term immersion in organic solvents such as isopropanol and acetone without degradation or performance attenuation.

The bubble point is ≥0.9bar, and the gas filtration flow rate can reach ≥200 L/min·m² (under 1bar pressure difference). The maximum pressure difference is 0.4MPa at 40℃ and 0.2MPa in the environment of 40-90℃. All products pass 100% integrity testing before leaving the factory.
