Powder Filter Element
Product Description:
This metal microporous filter material is made from irregular stainless steel powder and can be formed by isostatic pressing, molding, or extrusion. It offers excellent permeability and high filtration accuracy, along with sufficient strength and toughness, and can operate at temperatures up to 300°C. It is primarily used in basic industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, and environmental protection as a filter material, porous electrode material, sound-absorbing material, vibration damping material, cooling material, catalyst and catalytic reduction material, and antifreeze and cushioning material.
Material options include SUS304, 304L, 316, and 316L. Available in tubular, plate, sheet, disc, ring, rod, and cone shapes.
Titanium filter elements (including tubular and plate types) are made from industrial high-purity titanium powder (grade 0) through high-pressure, high-temperature sintering. Due to sophisticated manufacturing technology, special manufacturing processes, and the inherent properties of titanium, titanium metal powder sintered filter elements have excellent performance.
