Rigid Pocket Air Filters feature a robust, leak-proof frame structure, high-quality fluffy synthetic fiber filter media, and ultrasonic seamless closure technology. The filter bags are supported by a double U-shaped aluminum alloy outer frame and secured in place with support grids that lock tightly within the frame. The adjacent grids compress the bag openings and are tied with special knots to prevent the filter bags from falling off or being damaged during handling and use. All metal edges are inwardly rolled to prevent flipping during installation and replacement, ensuring ease and safety of operation.

The filter media is made from high-quality, fluffy, multi-layer synthetic fibers, composed of four layers of non-woven fabric treated with a special process to form a dense structure. This design achieves high dust-holding capacity and low resistance. The ultrasonic seamless sealing technology ensures that the three sides of the bag are closed, with the corners of the frame sealed with cement, protecting the filter in harsh working environments. The needle-punched layer and ultrafine fiber layer within the filter bag ensure high filtration efficiency while dividing the bag into uniform horizontal airflow channels, allowing the filter bag to expand to its maximum extent and ensuring even airflow. This significantly increases the effective usage area of the filter media, enhancing the dust-holding capacity and reducing pressure, with a dust-holding capacity of 300-400g/m².
