The panel primary air filter is a commonly used primary filtration device in air filtration systems, mainly designed to capture particles of 2μm and above, dust, and various suspended solids in the air. It serves as the primary filtration unit for air conditioning systems or the pre-filtration component in multi-stage filtration systems.
Appearance & Structure
Frame Material: Common options include aluminum profile, folded aluminum plate, galvanized frame, stainless steel frame, and paper frame, featuring sturdiness, durability, and light weight.
Filter Media: Polyester synthetic fiber is widely adopted, with a fluffy air inlet surface and a dense air outlet surface. This structure ensures high filtration efficiency while providing a large dust holding capacity. Non-woven fabric and nylon mesh are also available as alternatives.
Protective Mesh: Generally made of powder-coated square mesh, powder-coated diamond mesh, or galvanized square mesh, it functions to fix and protect the filter media.
