What is the working principle of Air Filter ?
Water to be treated enters the brush filter through the inlet. Impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel mesh, creating a pressure differential. A differential pressure switch monitors the inlet and outlet pressure differential. When the pressure differential reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends a signal to the control valve and drive motor, triggering the following actions: the motor rotates the brushes, cleaning the filter element, while the drain valve opens to drain waste. The entire cleaning process takes only tens of seconds. When the cleaning is complete, the drain valve closes, the motor stops, and the system returns to its initial state, beginning the next filtration step.
